Use Life Years Left for a life plan
Your app life plan has a start date and an end date. That range can come from a chosen target age, published population tables, custom dates or the Longevity guide. Your calendar and menu bar countdown refer to the same saved plan.
For example, you might choose age 85 as a frame and display weeks remaining. Open the calendar to see how the time already lived sits beside the time in that plan. Age 85 is your assumption, and you can edit it.
Use Moment for dates and events
